At the beginning of the Bachelor you will acquire a sound knowledge about mathematics and natural sciences as well as basics of economics and micro-economics. This knowledge builds the base for your lectures in animal and plant science as well as in the field of agricultural economics. The Bachelor level courses provide you with introductory and in-depth knowledge of different fields of agricultural economics and show you how these fields are related to animal and plant science.
Courses in Agricultural Economics at the Master level will enable you to expand the theories and concepts acquired at the bachelor level. Furthermore, results of selected research projects will provide you with practical examples and deepen your conceptual knowledge. Beside this disciplinary knowledge, you will become familiar with different scientific methods, which prepare you for your own research project: your master thesis.
